Ensure timely completion and organization of records for accessibility. Classify and number equipment assets, maintain consistent records. Train and coordinate maintenance teams for efficient operations. Develop and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans. Promptly address equipment issues to minimize downtime. In-depth knowledge in own discipline and related areas. Proficient problem solver, capable of offering new perspectives on solutions. Works independently, leading projects or project steps with ongoing accountability. Acts as a resource for colleagues and maintains a stable career trajectory. Proficient in enterprise management, covering production, quality, and equipment. Mastery of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge. Skilled in statistical analysis and problem-solving, including effective equipment control point checks. Adaptable to company strategy or market changes, with a talent for updating job descriptions to reflect evolving roles or technological advancements.
