Beograd | Hibrid, Cara Uroša 8a Senior Power Systems Engineer What You`ll Do Power system planning, feasibility, and grid connection and compliance studies Detailed modeling of power systems Analyze the integration of PV and battery energy storage systems Communicate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers on numerous energy projects Provide technical support to clients and prepare documentation for relevant authorities This role is for you if you have: Master`s degree in electrical engineering 4+ years of experience in power systems Experience with at least one of the following tools: DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSS®E, PSCAD, ETAP Experience performing load flow, short-circuit, and dynamic stability studies Familiarity with protection coordination and power quality studies Solid understanding of power system planning, feasibility studies, and connection studies Experience with Python for automation of power system studies and simulations Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken Knowledge of battery storage systems and solar power plants is a plus Ability to work independently, strong analytical skills, and a team player mindset This role is NOT for you if: You dislike reading technical papers, standards, or research material to expand your knowledge. You are not comfortable carrying out technical research and independent analysis. You prefer to keep knowledge to yourself rather than help colleagues grow and succeed. You are not motivated by solving challenging problems through creative thinking. You`re looking for a position where you can simply "clock in and clock out" without taking ownership of your work. You are unwilling to occasionally work beyond regular hours to support important project deliverables.
