Power Solution Lead - Project Engineer, Global Offer Manager for DERMS, Project Engineer - Education Specialist, Junior Power Solution Lead - Project Engineer 20.11.2026 - Schneider Electric BG,NS Schneider Electric Beograd, Novi Sad Power Solution Lead - Project Engineer What will you do? Working directly with our customers on challenging international projects worldwide (which may include business-related travels) Participation in all phases of project delivery, which may include tendering phase, design, acceptance testing, and final commissioning of our solutions Supporting customers in achieving their business goals by guiding and consulting them and (being their trusted advisor) Working with colleagues from Schneider Electric (both from Serbia and abroad) engaged on projects, ensuring achieving projects’ goals and customer satisfaction Work with colleagues from development teams on defining and prioritizing feature requests from the customer to help ensure on-time delivery of defined scope Support other business organizations in their activities (e.g., support tendering/sales activities) Participation in our collective wisdom and mentoring less experienced colleagues What qualifications will make you successful? University education in Electrical Power Engineering Basic knowledge about electrical power engineering, electrical machines, and utilities Experience/basic knowledge in project delivery or any other customer-facing jobs Experience with an international project is considered as plus Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English Other languages (most preferably, but not limited to, German, Spanish, Italian, French) would be treated as a plus Teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills (with the accent on efficient time management) Ability to adapt to a different projects and cultural environments Clear communication skills Problem–solving mindset and creative thinking Willingness to constantly improve technical and soft skills  Global Offer Manager for DERMS Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define a product vision and roadmap that is aligned with industry trends and customer needs Customer & market needs: Collect and analyze utility customer needs and market trends. Requirement definition: Translate utility challenges into product requirements and epics. Cross-team orchestration: Work across engineering teams, UX, QA, and architecture teams to deliver the right features. End-to-end ownership Own the product from ideation through development, integrated testing, launch, utilization, and end-of-life to ensure maximum value Offer creation, commercialization and GTM readiness Package combinations of software products, services, support, and deployment Define pricing, licensing models (e.g., subscription vs. perpetual), and delivery mechanisms. Work with product marketing, sales, legal, and operations to ensure the offer is marketed, sellable, and deliverable. Budget allocation Identify right level of investment into the offer and its (sub)categories to increase its market share and profitability. Offer Performance Manage modular offers across different regions, supporting Sales & Global Ops. Track performance KPIs Qualifications Bachelor or master’s degree in Power Engineering, Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience with Smart Grid solutions 3+ years of experience in Product/Offer Management or Product Marketing for enterprise software products is preferred Experience with the Electric utility industry – including trends, challenges and the IT landscape is preferred Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences at all levels of the organization and customer-facing messaging. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
