Electrical Engineer 14.07.2026 - Manpower Beograd Manpower Beograd Electrical Engineer On behalf of our client, Takenaka, a construction company, we are looking for a candidate for the position Electrical Engineer. Description Manage resource demands between projects on a daily basis Assess, plan, and actively ensure completion of projects and tasks by closely monitoring teamwork progress Ensuring work installations and on-site project progress are to be completed within stipulated deadlines and safety regulations Coordinating and managing the selection of vendors and subcontractors: proactively delegate work to subcontractors, setting milestones to ensure timely progress and completion; ensure smooth communications with external vendors Set up proper internal protocols and inspection procedures to ensure high-quality error-proof working methods. Development of project technical documentation. Performing inspection, control, or approval of the project technical documentation.
