Cost Enginner for Electrical 19.09.2025 - POWERCHINA Beograd POWERCHINA Beograd Cost Enginner for Electrical Main Professional Requirements o Bachelor/Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. o 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, bidding, or quantity surveying, in the construction industry. o Proven experience in preparing and submitting competitive bids for various types of energy projects. o Understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts. o Good command of spoken and written English & Serbian. Main Scope of Works o Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. o Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. o Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for bid submissions. o Coordinate with procurement teams to get updated material and service rates. o Prepare periodic reports for management on bidding activities and success rates.
