Technical Sales Support Professional, Servisni inženjer, Commissioning Engineer 18.08.2023 - Siemens Beograd Siemens Beograd Technical Sales Support Professional Smart Infrastructure – Electrical Products Low-voltage power distribution and electrical installation products Your new role – challenging and future oriented • Provides technical and operational support to sales team to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets • Effective administration of proposals and sales orders (incl. Bid Management) for an assigned customer target group, concerning both sales and after-sales processes • Develops, designs and completes customer proposals in technical aspects • Performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans • Analyzes customers` technical setup in order to better judge on aspects of product and solution integration • Performs the review of task plans, drawings and installation schematics and provides guidance in the phase of product test integration • Supports customers directly in cost/benefits analyses in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products • Guides the customer sales support process related to product demonstrations or presentations, new product trainings, trade shows, and field sales support Your qualifications – solid and appropriate • University degree in Electrical Engineering • At least 3 years of experience in sales/technical support within Low-voltage power distribution and electrical installation products and systems • Knowledge of English, both written and verbal • Able to easily build and maintain strategic networks and partnerships • Result driven person with strong customer focus • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skill • Must have a valid driver`s license  Servisni inženjer Pozicija podrazumeva stalno prisustvo na lokaciji klijenta u Kruševcu, u periodu od oktobra 2023. do aprila 2024. Nakon toga, pozicija bi bila bazirana u sedištu Siemensa u Beogradu. Ključne odgovornosti: • Tehnička podrška prilikom puštanja u rad i obuke operatera na projektu automatizovanog skladišta u Kruševcu. Rad na projektima digitalizacije i optimizacije u industriji. • Online/Onsite servis i podrška klijentu za Siemens PLC-ove i frekventne regulatore ili delegiranje problema tehničkoj podršci. • Učestvovanje u realizacija različitih projekata (izrada odnosno kontrola projektnih rešenja, konceptualno definisanje sistema, odabir opreme, izrada PLC i HMI softvera, nadzor nad izvođenjem radova/instalacijom opreme, priprema procedura i realizacija FAT i SAT protokola, organizacija i kontrola kvaliteta završnih ispitivanja, obuka korisnika i praćenje performansi sistema tokom garantnog perioda). • Pružanje podrške izvršnim jedinicama (prodaja, nabavka, logistika). Tvoj profil: • Završene osnovne ili master studije na Elektrotehničkom ili Mašinskom fakultetu • Iskustvo na instalaciji, puštanju u rad i servisiranju opreme • Osnove programiranja Siemens PLC-a i HMI-a u TIA Portal-u • Osnove izrade SCADA sistema Siemns WinCC i WinCC OA • Osnovno poznavanje rada i puštanja u rad frekventnih regulatora • Odlično poznavanje rada na računaru • Odlično znanje engleskog jezika • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije • Odlične organizacione i komunikacione veštine Commissioning Engineer We make real what matters.
