The IEEE International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) is the premier forum for technical discussions in all areas of power semiconductor devices and power integrated circuits. Topics include, but not limited to, device physics, modelling, design, fabrication, materials, packaging and integration, device reliability, and device/circuit interactions. This premier global forum brings together leading researchers, academics, and industry professionals to share groundbreaking advancements, exchange innovative ideas, and shape the future of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. I am very pleased that we can offer the conference as an in-person format to allow the face-to-face engagements that are at the heart of ISPSD 2026. Our program features a specialized short course, distinguished keynote addresses, rigorous technical sessions, and a wonderful social program. These interactions during the technical sessions, questioning results in front of a poster, or lively debates during a social hour—are intended to spark further developments in our field.   |
