Ethiopia built Africa`s biggest dam but more than half its people still have no reliable power. The surplus is flowing south to Kenya instead, where a growing tech economy needs exactly what Ethiopia has to sell. DW`s Sella Oneko, Eshete Bekele, and Shewangizaw Wegayehu report from both countries on the gap between what the dam promised and what it has delivered.
