The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes. You will collaborate with various departments and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities: Perform works according to the documentation on the basis of which the construction permit was issued, ie the Main design of electrical installations, design for execution, in accordance with regulations, standards, technical norms and quality standards that apply to certain types of works, installations and equipment. Responsible for daily management for execution of works in the field of his/her education. Responsible for solving problems regarding execution of works for which he/she is responsible, and to communicate with the supervising engineer. Assist in the preparation of the method statement and technology for execution of works. Responsible for sorting, signing and submission of the documentation for quantity measurement. Responsible for communication with the designer regarding questions and problems of the design. Responsible for receiving external inspection. Responsible for replying to received letters regarding works for which he/she is responsible, from Supervisor and Investor. Responsible for other temporary work arranged by the supervisor. Meetings with the Engineer, Subcontractors and Third Parties. Communications with Subcontractor`s representatives on the Project and with their Site Managers and coordinates inspection of subcontracted works with the Engineer. Requirements: Bachelor`s degree (at least) in a related field. Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Fluent English language proficiency. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.  |
