As our new Hardware Development Engineer on the Control Box Team, you are responsible to perform the electronics design in connection with product development projects and collaborate with the rest of the project team to enable and bring to market the full product value proposition. The key activities in that role are described in the following: Take accountability for Hardware design mainly for new products Facilitate/support the fulfilment of the full product value proposition. Work closely with lead specialists within hardware design as well as other professional areas. Build and share knowledge of hardware design, verification and development methods and mentor colleagues. Apply key knowledge and technologies. What do you need to apply? Bachelor or Master`s in electrical engineering (Hardware) 3+ years of relevant work experience within hardware development Product development design experience Experience with power system management and planning. Power electronics 230V (high voltage) Electromagnetic Compatibility EMC experience &knowledge: understanding EMC Standards and regulations, design techniques, problem solving and mitigation. Expertise in designing with electrical safety requirements Performing simulations of power and electronic circuits with programs like LT spice Experience with verification functionality of the design. English language skills on high level in both in reading/writing and verbally Good experience with planning own work and keep track of time spend and quality in deliveries. Well documented understanding and ability to support the relevant development systems and processes for hardware development. Possess a good understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the product development. We are producing these products in high volume so experience with mass production is not a must but could be beneficial. In the product development Control Box Team we work with agile methodology, therefore experience working with Scrum, kanban, SAFe would be a valuable asset but not a precondition.
