Electrical Design Engineer, High Voltage Network Study Engineer, Software EngineerRedstork solutions Belgrade Electrical Design Engineer Missions : - He/she carries out and supports economic and technical studies in preparation of responses to calls for tender for the design and construction of works. - He/she draws up the specifications for the studies and works. - As a reference, he/she participates in the verification of the quality of the production of deliverables in his/her field (Overhead Links, Underground Links, Substations, Command and Control, HVDC) Activities : - He/she collects the elements necessary for his/her study, carries out a risk and opportunity analysis. - He/she carries out technical and economic studies for the preparation of feasibility studies. - He/she elaborates technical and economic studies in his/her field in relation with the other technical fields (link or substation, CC, HVDC). - He/she draws up the specifications for the studies and works. - He/she checks the studies entrusted to service providers and ensures that any discrepancies are dealt with. - He/she carries out studies to size and define the technical details of a project in order to carry out the costing (in response to calls for tender or in response to client requests). - He/she participates in the implementation of the execution control plan, identifies discrepancies and ensures that they are dealt with. - He/she validates technical files in his/her field of specialisation. - He/she provides advice to project managers and project managers. - He/she ensures the development and maintenance of the capital of knowledge and know-how related to his/her field. Drawing up technical and economic studies (links, substations, CC, etc.) for commitment decisions (CTF studies). It may advise the decision-making studies department on the preparation of feasibility studies. Drafting the specifications for studies and works (APD, CCTP, etc.) and participating in the negotiation of orders. Checking the studies entrusted to service providers as part of the control plan, ensuring that they are processed and thus providing feedback.
