31.07.2020 - Energize Beograd - Industry Sales Manager Regional leading company in power supply, energy storage and renewable energy sources, with central office in Belgrade, Energize d.o.o, is looking for a new member to join innovative Energize team, who will with its own efforts, contribute to development of sales in industry market in position of Industry Sales Manager Requirements (skills and experience): University BSc degree (MSc Electrical Engineering is an advantage) Excellent knowledge of the Serbian market (other regional markets are an advantage), with particular focus on industry market, local manufacturers, medium and large manufacturing facilities Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the industry market (manufacturing facilities) Fluency in English language High PC literacy (MS Office mandatory) Driving license (B category) Ability to work in an independent way but also to collaborate within a team Strong capacity to develop a network of customers/relations in the named industries Strong sense for customer care Excellent analytical skills Sales and result driven Flexibility for travelling within the country and the region Excellent communication skills Strong ability to present solutions, negotiate and win the business opportunity Key Responsibilities / Job Description: Seeking and creating business opportunities and following leads Implementing sales strategies to result in generated business Complete management of the sales activities and processes Visiting existing & potential customers and promoting company`s system solutions Presentation of technological solutions to customers Key Accounting Creating weekly and monthly reports Market research Position includes starting salary plus rewarding bonus system, with standard sales package Evaluation on every 3 months of the work Interested candidates should send their full CVs and short application letter (with focus on advantages for the position) in English or Serbian.
