Our mission is to completely transform street light network across the globe and to make them more smarter and energy efficient. We are opening our Belgrades office that will be our major hub for all global activities. We are looking for motivated, skilled and positive people to join our team. We are looking for persons that want to work in dynamic startup environment full of opportunities, but also full of situations that require 110% of devotion and commitment for the position of Electrical Engineer for Solar Systems If you possess skills listed below and if you are ready to grow with EnGoPlanet to help us to change the way we light up our cities, we invite you to submit your resume and cover letter. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented self-starter who can quickly grasp a startup companys vision. The ideal candidate will have an experience in PV Solar Systems, LED Lights, Programming and Microcontrells. Must be prepared to multi-task and to work in different areas and in many times beyond his/her job description. Some of the areas that you will work on are: Complete Design of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems, primarily for solar street lights but also for other solar systems, including residential and large solar systems for more than 10 MW solar power plants. Create electrical scheme/diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software or similar industry software. According to drawn electrical scheme/diagram create electrical distribution boxes, conduct installation, connect and wire all components in distribution box to create complete system ready for use by client. Design and prepare LED street light layouts via DIALUX or similar software. Review specifications and recommend technical design or process changes to improve efficiency, quality, or performance. Develop and recommend new products and solutions. Programing, PCB and Microcontroller design, development and integration with Arduino, Raspberry pi and similar platforms. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF); Higher School of Electrical Engineering also acceptable if candidate has good knowledge and work experience in above mentioned areas. Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar jobs. Good knowledge about PV Solar Systems, LED lights, Controllers and Batteries. Good programming knowledge and Arduino and Raspberry pi Proficient in English Excellent knowledge in MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PPT) and major digital platforms. Ability to work flexible hours. We are US based company with global clients from different time zones, therefore we require that minimum 3 days per week you work second shift (from 14:00 to 22:00). Two days per week will be from 09:00 to 17:00. DESIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Ability to work as part of a team. Able to work independently but within strategic framework. Good business acumen.
