Company Energize d.o.o., representative office of leading worldwide manufacturers in power supply industries, with central office in Belgrade, is looking for new members to join our team, who will with its own efforts and experiance, contribute to the fast development of sales activities on position of:

Mesto rada: Beograd

Requirements (skills and experiance):

Degree in technical sciences (MSc Electrical Engineering is an advantage)
Excellent knowledge of the Serbian market with highly developed networking (power supply industries are an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years of B2B / B2C / H2H sales experience with proven results is mandatory (power supply industries are an advantage)
Knowledge of the companys products portfolio is an advantage
Strong and developed network of customers/relations is mandatory (company’s field of business is an advantage)
Knowledge of English language (reading technical documentation)
PC literacy (MS Office mandatory)
Driving license is mandatory (B category)
Using own vehicle is mandatory
Strong sense for customer care
Excellent analytical and organization skills
Sales and result driven
Flexibility for travelling within the country
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to present solutions, negotiate and win the business opportunity

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

Seeking business opportunities
Creating offers and presenting solutions
Visiting potential customers and promoting companys systems and products
Creating active reports on daily basis
Market research
Position includes rewarding bonus system
Evaluation on 3 months of the work
