Your job description Role Summary/Purpose Ensure legal entity governance function for General Electric Montenegro. The Area Operations Leader is responsible for managing and optimizing resources (personnel, tools, parts, technical support), to continuously improve Site/Area operations in terms of quality, cost and scalability. Essential Responsibilities Resources management of the area/site includes: Managing up to 20 direct reports; Resource planning and dispatching for work orders related to the different service demand streams; Manage staffing plan for hiring, replacements, and additional labor; Field Technicians Training Plan and qualification management; Field Technicians Time cards approver; Owner of eServices, I.E.: task creation, dispatching, debrief approval; Facilitate parts availability for operations and maintain inventory; Tools availability for operations, including tools order and returning; Cranes coordination as required from cranes coordinators. Continuous improvement of area operations includes: Implement measures to reduce cost and to increase productivity; Adapt area operations to European Services operations standard; Technical issues ownership, escalation and follow up through Clarify; Technical support for commercial offers; Collaboration with other functions to improve processes. Responsibility for EHS performance of the area, including: Site Safety rules communication; EHS documentation for operations including customers & suppliers; EHS equipment provisioning and inspections; Support EHS site Audits. AOL is the first customer escalation contact & point of contact for all daily operations, technical questions and support, and for warranty claims. Country Legal Representative - Montenegro; To act in the capacity of legal entity executive director and legal representative for General Electric Montenegro in accordance with power of attorney granted by GE; Ensuring the local legal entity is complying with local regulations regarding company registration; Ensuring fulfilment of legal entities obligations, legal conformity of local processes and documents; Co-sign contracts related to legal entity activities together with company authorized representative; Advise business teams on general local rules and practices; Escalate to business any significant changes in local legislation with potential impact over company’s activities; Facilitate external legal audits & inspections Legal Representative - Key Performance Indicators; Avoid breaches on local compliance regarding legal entity governance; Provide Stakeholder feedback as required. GE test Qualifications/Requirements Certified Engineer or professional education in electro-mechanical or electrical engineering sector with strong technical experience with Wind Turbines Services; Experience in leading a Service Area operationally & leading a team; Basic commercial experience & knowledge; Montenegrin resident; Good communication skills & fluency in Montenegrin and English; Good command of MS Office, E Service; Ability to work at heights; Unyielding integrity; Meet local requirements to be eligible to fulfill the legal representative role (i.e. no criminal records); Knowledge of Montenegrin company laws and general tax laws knowledge.
