EL Technical Sales Support Specialist

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the distribution solution business in Belgrade.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Providing technical and sales support for the Electrification portfolio (LV equipment, enclosures, systems), ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality solutions throughout the customer and sales lifecycle.
Interpreting customer specifications and offering expert technical guidance, developing accurate and effective solutions for both standard and highly complex enquiries.
Supporting customer and internal stakeholders through structured technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations, contributing to informed and successful decision-making.
Preparing complete commercial and technical offers, managing purchase orders, and coordinating the execution of complex projects within the dedicated product portfolio.
Delivering professional technical training, presentations, and demonstrations, while supporting the preparation and validation of technical articles to enhance knowledge sharing and brand visibility.

Qualifications for the role:
Preferred degree: Bachelor`s degree in electrical engineering.
Desirable work experience in a similar position, with 2–3 years of experience in the low‑voltage product portfolio.
Preferred skills in low‑voltage enclosures configuration, MCCB and ACB configuration; good knowledge of Sales Force DC and SAP is considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Serbian (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
You hold a B category driving license and are available to travel.
You are passionate about communication, teamwork, and taking responsibilities.
