| ZG Lighting SRB d.o.o. Niš Project Engineer RND CPD Responsibilities Lead the development of custom lighting solutions, including concept creation, design engineering, and execution. Collaborate with Sales and Designers to understand customer requirements and propose optimal solutions. Handle multiple daily requests for custom products, advising Sales on the best technical approach based on application and environment. Modify existing standard products to meet specific project needs, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance. Conduct feasibility checks, verify and approve concepts from internal and external suppliers. Ensure product design conforms to applicable standards, regulations, and internal quality requirements. Provide technical support and act as an internal expert throughout the product lifecycle. Apply creative, outside-the-box thinking to solve complex design and engineering challenges. Skills & Experience Project leading experience University degree from a technical faculty (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields preferred; other technical backgrounds also considered). Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics, basic business knowledge, knowledge of lighting technology, knowledge of products and production possibilities, operational and organizational knowledge Experience in product development or engineering, preferably within the lighting or electronics industry. Strong understanding of technical documentation, standards, and compliance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
