Brief Description:
On behalf of Schneider Electric, Manpower Serbia is searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfil the position of: Sales Representative for Power Generation

Function Note:
Responsible for deployment of all sales actions with end users in the field of electricity generation (TPP, HPP, Renewable Power Generation) in order to maximize business opportunities with them. Develops close relations with representatives of Power Generation companies and builds relationships as a trusted specialist at both operational and C-level. Develops and maintains long term contacts with strategic partners. Involves stakeholders in decisions that affect them. Responsible for territory of Serbia and Montenegro.

Forms, develops and maintains business relations with current and potential customers (TPP, HPP, Renewable Power Generation), in order to realize sales of Schneider Electric products, solutions and services
Establishes contacts and builds close relationships with end users, designers and contractors in order to actively promote Schneider Electric products / solutions / services at all stages (presentation of technical solutions, pre-arranging, bids, sales realization and projects)
Develops action plans for customers in field of power generation (TPP, HPP, Renewable Power Generation) and actively monitors them
Targeted projects - Coordinate sales activities with sector managers, marketing, sales, finance, logistics and technical support from the design phase to the execution phase
Joint and team work with selected partners on targeted projects in the field of power generation (TPP, HPP, Renewable Power Generation) / Coordination of activities at all levels
Reports to management on client needs, challenges, interests, competition activities and potential for selling new solutions, products and services
Ensures that job is properly managed in order to build the highest sustainable level of customer satisfaction

Requirement Note:
Minimum 3 years of experience at the same/similar position
University degree in Electical Engineering (preferably Power Departments or Automation Department
352 and 450 licences would be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English language – conversational level
Driving licence B category
