Engineer (Multi-discipline) 25.09.2026 - Zijin Mining Group Beograd Zijin Mining Group Beograd Engineer (Multi-discipline) We are hiring engineers to support mining and industrial projects in Serbia and other international markets.We welcome applications from the following disciplines: Mining Engineering Mineral Processing Engineering Metallurgical Engineering Geology Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering Technical Economics / Cost Estimation / Investment Evaluation Electrical / Power Engineering Automation Engineering Mechanical Engineering and other related disciplines Candidates with relevant professional certificates/licenses are preferred. Candidates who have passed mining-related professional examinations will be considered an advantage.We also welcome applications from fresh graduates and early-career candidates with strong academic backgrounds, relevant internships, or project experience. Responsibilities Participate in the design and technical delivery of mining and related industrial projects. Prepare discipline-specific technical documents, engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and other design deliverables in accordance with project requirements. Support project execution across different design stages, including concept design, preliminary design, detailed design, and construction support. Work closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure coordination, consistency, constructability, and quality of project deliverables. Participate in internal design reviews, technical discussions, and project coordination meetings. Provide technical support during project implementation and assist in resolving discipline-related technical issues when required. Support communication with clients, partners, reviewers, and other relevant stakeholders as needed. Contribute to design optimization, technical improvement, and standardization to enhance project quality and delivery efficiency. Requirements Bachelor`s degree or above in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing Engineering, Geology, Structural Engineering, Technical Economics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Solid technical knowledge in the candidate’s own discipline, with the ability to independently carry out professional engineering work. Familiarity with discipline-specific design procedures, technical standards, and engineering implementation requirements. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Willingness to travel and provide on-site technical support when required by project needs. Proficiency in relevant engineering software and standard office software. Relevant professional engineering certificates/licenses are preferred. Candidates who have passed mining-related professional examinations are preferred. English can be used as a working language. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mining, mineral processing plants, metallurgy, industrial buildings, infrastructure, or energy-related projects. Experience in design institutes, engineering consulting firms, or mining company technical roles. Experience in international projects or cross-functional collaboration. Strong practical problem-solving skills and engineering delivery capabilities.
