Electrical Service Engineer 15.08.2026 - Famsun Beograd Famsun Beograd Electrical Service Engineer A leading global provider of intelligent industrial solutions is expanding its European operations and is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Engineer to join the regional technical team based in Serbia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on international industrial projects across Europe, supporting customers with equipment commissioning, electrical troubleshooting, technical service and project delivery. Position Summary The Electrical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing professional electrical engineering support for industrial equipment projects across Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, contractors and internal engineering teams to ensure successful installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of industrial systems. Location: Serbia (Belgrade preferred) Coverage: Europe (Regular business travel required) Key Responsibilities Electrical Installation & Commissioning Lead and support electrical installation, commissioning and start-up activities for industrial equipment projects. Perform electrical testing, PLC commissioning, system debugging and troubleshooting. Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions during project execution. Support final project acceptance and customer handover. Field Service & Technical Support Provide on-site technical service and maintenance support for customers across Europe. Conduct equipment inspections, preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis. Prepare technical reports and service documentation. Support continuous improvement of equipment reliability. Customer & Project Coordination Communicate directly with European customers, EPC contractors and partners. Provide technical consultation and operational training in English. Maintain strong professional relationships with customers. Technical Improvement Collect feedback from European projects and customers. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize products and improve localization. Candidate Profile Education Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or related discipline. Professional Experience 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, commissioning or field service. Strong experience with industrial machinery, automation systems or engineering projects. Previous experience supporting international customers or European projects is highly preferred. Target backgrounds: Industrial equipment manufacturers Automation solution providers Engineering companies Food processing / feed machinery / packaging machinery industries Technical Competencies Required: Strong ability to read and understand electrical drawings. Hands-on experience with PLC-based control systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills for electrical and automation systems. Knowledge of industrial control systems, sensors, drives and automation components. Preferred: Siemens PLC / TIA Portal experience. Knowledge of CE requirements and European electrical standards. Experience with machine commissioning and international project delivery. Language & Mobility Fluent English communication skills required. Serbian language is an advantage.
