Niš Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Facility Maintenance Your job Maintain, operate and upgrade physical assets such as BMS (Building Management System), HVAC, Electrical distribution systems (middle and low voltage), Lighting, Fire detection systems, Video surveillance systems, etc. Actively participate and assist in delivering a maintenance management system and energy management system Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address cross-functional issues Improving the performance of functioning physical assets and managing energy-saving initiatives in line with the organization’s sustainability goals. Writing of internal procedures for relevant areas Evaluation and active participation in infrastructure design, production layouts, technical flow charts, location plans and facility infrastructure equipment Completing or overseeing a variety of assignments to carry out the construction, remodeling and renovation Preparation, collection and evaluation of tenders, awarding contracts, as well as technical and commercial handling with suppliers and subcontractors Supervising teams of internal or external staff Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of infrastructure and facility related projects with a focus on electrical installation Collect and evaluate data of energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for reducing energy usage while improving operational efficiency. Ensuring that facilities meet legal requirements and environmental, health and security standards Review and monitoring of current facility processes to optimize efficiency Your profile A Master`s degree in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline Minimum of three years experience in electrical maintenance, facility management, or a similar role Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment Knowledge of ISO 50001 and energy management systems (Desirable) Good knowledge of Electrical circuit diagrams (must have) Intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office including Excel and Word) are essential Excellent written and verbal skills Good knowledge of AutoCAD (Desirable) Knowledge of diagnostic, troubleshooting and problem-solving methods and techniques such as root cause analysis Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
