Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Optimization of the Electrical Control System:
Regularly monitor the Electrical Control System to ensure smooth operation.
Optimize and update the system based on product requirements or customer specifications.
Development and Implementation of Maintenance Plans:
Create short-term and long-term maintenance plans for the automatic production line.
Efficiently implement maintenance plans in accordance with the production schedule.
Spare Parts Management:
Manage spare parts inventory and identify high-risk components.
Ensure a reasonable stock of spare parts to minimize downtime during equipment failures.
Quick Problem Resolution:
Respond promptly to daily issues affecting the production line.
Minimize downtime through swift and effective problem-solving measures.
Siemens PLC Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in Siemens PLC application.
Interpret and work with electrical system drawings effectively.
SCADA System Operation:
Operate the SCADA system proficiently to monitor and control the production line.
Utilize SCADA for real-time data analysis and system optimization.
Project Leadership:
Lead projects aimed at optimizing the electrical system.
Apply experience in leading electrical system optimization projects.

Possess a strong background and experience in Siemens PLC application.
Familiarity with electrical system drawings and SCADA systems.
