Novi Sad Engineering Manager We are looking for: Experienced professional with proven experience Proactive and responsible person Excellent organizer with great communication skills Your responsibilities: Leads and develop a team of pre-serial and serial process engineers Responsible for implementation of launches of new projects: process and line definition, as well as assembly of production lines Ensures projects milestones are met in accordance with assigned budget Uses appropriate project management tools to plan, develop and coordinate the completion of assigned tasks and deliver results. Actively supports projects, modification of projects and launch of new projects Responsible for preparation and control of Capex budget for production machines and equipment Responsible for preparation and updates of plant setting (layout) Responsible for development of proto-types and samples for initial approval Approves and releases production line that are defined and purchased by engineering team Ensures that the process flow and parameters in the serial production are defined and maintained Ensures that all production lines have a clearly defined PFMEA in accordance with customer requirements Ensures that all production lines have clearly defined work instructions Setts and implement relevant policies and procedures accordingly IATF standards Manages technical support in production in order to achieve efficiency and product quality Ensures that engineering changes level are implemented on time and without delays Conduct machine capacity analysis and identify/manage improvement initiatives to increase efficiency (OEE) Conduct labor capacity analysis and identify/manage improvement initiatives to increase efficiency & productivity. Gather and analyze historical data, forecasting future demand, assessing available resources, balancing capacity and demand, identifying constraints, and developing long-term and short-term mitigation strategies.
