Energy Markets Consultant  06.05.2023 - LDK Belgrade Company: LDK Belgrade Job position: Energy Markets Consultant Job expires: 06.05.2023 MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: LDK seeks to recruit an Energy Markets Consultant for a position in its Belgrade office, its main duties being: • Assist the Energy Markets team in delivering high-profile technical assistance projects. • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and future partners and clients. • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, reports, market research & data analysis. • Facilitate clients with the implementation of strategic policies and objectives. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or any other relevant engineering or commercial discipline. • Post-graduate degree in a relevant filed will be considered an asset. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Understanding of the Serbian, Western Balkans and European regulatory framework and Energy Markets (electricity and/or gas). • Good understanding of the energy transition and the strategic pathways & business models available for companies. • Experience from working for or with energy regulators, electricity or gas TSOs/DNOs and companies in the energy industry. • Project and client management skills. • Advanced use of MS Office. • Experience with optimisation methods and energy markets modelling will be considered an asset. • Full working proficiency in English.
