Digital Experts  13.11.2020 - RTE international Serbia Company: RTE international Serbia Job position: Digital Experts Job expires: 13.11.2020 MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate to the development of the application and its maintenance: * Participate to the development of new functional modules in an ecosystem of network study tools for the needs of TSOs and RSCs * Deliver the needed features with quality software and using the latest framework for continuous delivery * Work on the capitalization and the constitution of an application heritage (factorization, identification of common, associated documentation) * Be involved in the follow up of the application in its operational use * Get involved in a highly technological project, in the field of energy transition, based on the latest IT frameworks, in close collaboration with the world of Open Source as a user and a contributor Participate to the software solutions team activity: * Support the sales team * Carry out various missions necessary for the proper functioning of the company and support with the whole company the current growth in all fields REQUIREMENTS: Fluent English Master’s Degree in Electrotechnics with IT development knowledge or master’s degree in Computer Science with a background in electrotechnics / experience in utility company Experience in Software Development: 0 to 5 years We are looking for skills on: Java: Mastery of Java languages Competences in Java languages and experience Full-Stack Microservices Frontend: Angular 8 Backend: Spring Boot 2, Java 8 Kubernetes, oauth2, Kafka, git, docker, Linux. Python: Mastery of the Python language: scientific libraries (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, etc), Machine & Deep Learning libraries (sklearn, tensorflow), Jupyter Notebooks Having a background knowledge on power network operations, especially modelling and specifically data exchange and CGMES format is a plus Having skills on integration of IT solutions is a plus, deploy applications in a Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes) C++ knowledge is a plus This position requires a great capacity for analysis, autonomy, initiative, rigour, curiosity of mind, a taste for innovation, an interest in the field of the electrical system and for teamwork. RTEi is proposing software solutions that will help TSOs and RSCs to meet these challenges.
