PROJECT MANAGER 11.11.2017 - ATB SEVER DOO Subotica ATB SEVER DOO based in Serbia, Subotica, Magnetna polja 6, which produces electro motors and generators is looking for the person for the following positions: PROJECT MANAGER Subotica Who will be responsible to plan, direct and co-ordinate activities of designated projects according to strategic interest of company. Main activities: Reviews project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements; Establishes a work plan and staffing requirements for each phase of the project; Arranges for an outline of a work plan. Assigns duties and responsibilities; Defines the scope of authority for each staff position; Reviews status reports; Modifies schedules or plans as required; Prepares project reports for management and clients, or others; Supervises technicians, analysts and related clerical and technical personnel support; Is responsible for professional solutions in each phase of the project; Identifies the need for staffing; Monitors project/service demands, status, and costs. Job requirements: University degree (mechanics or electrical engineering); Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience on similar roles (project management); Knowledge of English language - advanced level.
