Leader of electrical component production unit 13.7.2011 - agencija Our client is one of the leaders in diversified power management and electric components solutions production and distribution. Because of new activities and development of portfolio, we are searching for: Leader of electrical component production unit Vojvodina (ref.no.8075) Responsibilities: Successful candidate will ensures the optimal functionality and durability of production unit by taking care of employees, equipment and production process in order to get sustainable quality of products at lowest costs. Major responsibilities include planning, organizing of manual works and final assembly of products, ensuring proper quality, quantity and fulfillment of all standards and regulations, monitoring the work of employees, fulfillment of norms, proper delivery, keep aware of product orders against production against inventory in order to manage the continuity of supplies to customers at all times. In respect to this, s/he would be involved in providing trainings and development of employees and should support them by knowing the use of all applications and equipment. Requirements: The successful candidate has background in technical field (preferably electrical or mechanical) and has minimum 2 years of practical experience within a manufactoring company (production, maintenance, operation) It is required that this person has capability of managing people, has knowledge of maintenance engineering, is capable of understanding production process, reading and analyzing technical documents and has good engineering reasoning S/he is willing to learn, and to invest time in further education and trainings.
