Electrical Engineer - Maintenance Department 1.7.2011 - Tetra Pak Tetra Pak is the world leading food processing and packaging solutions company. The following position is open in our factory in Gornji Milanovac: Electrical Engineer - Maintenance Department You will: * Under routine supervision of the Maintenance Manager, develop and implement maintenance plans and electrical equipment modifications designed to keep production equipment in optimal operating condition with minimal down-time, and adhere to established safety and quality standards * Analyze and deploy equipment maintenance and operational data to ensure identification of trends or repeat failures requiring specific intervention * Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure installation, equipment modifications, and operations of equipment * Inspect completed installations and observe operations for conformance to design and equipment specifications, and operational and safety standards * Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers, power drives and field devices to develop countermeasures * Propose, develop and implement optimized maintenance strategies and associated maintenance routines, using RCM techniques where appropriate * Manage spare parts inventory in order to minimize lost production time and inventory costs * Be responsible for leading and developing group of maintenance electricians You have: * University Degree in Electrical Engineering - preferably Automation Department * Electrical engineering experience in an industrial environment; knowledge of PLC (preferably Siemens S7), HMI, industrial PC, SCADA systems, power drives devices, would be considered as an advantage * Knowledge of developing preventative and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedure, including spare parts control * Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, tools, devices and their use within an industrial environment * Ability to perform detailed analysis of operational and maintenance data to identify areas requiring intervention * Ability to prioritize, execute tasks and solve problems in a high pressure environment * Must have well developed problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands * Strong organizational skills for coordinating and scheduling multiple jobs and personnel * Knowledge of English language Candidates who are pro-active, creative, self-starters and good team players with leadership abilities, analytical with good planning skills, ready to take responsibilities, open minded and always looking for development are invited to apply.
